The Juvenile Justice Information Exchange (JJIE) recently featured an Opinion Essay authored by our Executive Director, John Tuell. In “Balancing Incentives and Sanctions to Achieve Youth Justice Progress” John emphasizes the need for probation, court, and youth justice systems to apply evidence-based practices and approaches to achieve positive outcomes, both systemically and for the children and families they serve.
