This unique event offers opportunities to learn, connect, and contribute to a national movement dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families through transformative practices.

The 2025 Transformation of Youth Justice Symposium will present a range of evidence-informed and research-backed reforms that participants can adapt and implement within their own communities. With an emphasis on collaboration and peer learning, attendees will have opportunities to engage with experts and on-the-ground leaders about challenges and strategies that lead to measurable, sustainable, and replicable policy and practice change. REGISTRATION FEE:

  • Early Registration Rate: $550 – available until January 31, 2025
  • Regular Rate: $575 – on/after February 1, 2025

The RFK National Resource Center has a limited room block at the San Diego Marriott La Jolla Hotel for our Symposium attendees. Discounted rates are only available through the links provided below:

  • Primary Room Block ($219/night): A limited number of rooms are available at the special rate of $219 per night. Click here to make your reservation.
  • Secondary Room Block ($309/night): Additional rooms are available at the rate of $309 per night. Once the primary block is full, the remaining rooms will only be available at this rate. Click here to make your reservation.

Do You Issue Continued Learning Credits?

The RFK National Resource Center does not issue continued learning credits. However, we are pleased to offer a certificate of participation upon request following the event. Additional information and guidance on requesting a certificate will be provided to all registered participants in advance of the symposium.

Registration Payment Information

  • Registration fees may be paid by credit card or check.
  • Credit card payments must be completed at the time of registration. To make one credit card payment for multiple registrations, please contact Sorrel Lewis for additional guidance.
  • Check payments are due within 30 days of registration to secure your spot. (See below for additional guidance.)

  • Individual Participant: Please include the name of the participant in the check memo line.
  • Multiple Participants: If remitting one check for multiple participants, please enclose this invoice or a list of the registered participants with the mailed check payment. In the check memo line, please indicate “Multiple Participants” and include a contact phone number (e.g., Memo: MULTIPLE PARTICIPANTS 555-555-2021).

Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

  • A cancellation, refund, and/or transfer request must be made in writing and emailed to Sorrel Lewis.
  • A refund may be requested until May 23, 2025, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost.
