Transformation of Youth Justice Symposium

Exhibitor Registration Now Open!

We are excited to announce that the Transformation of Youth Justice Symposium will feature a limited number of exhibitor spaces! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your services and expertise to a diverse audience of leaders, professionals, policymakers, and stakeholders committed to youth justice reform.

All exhibitor spaces will be located within the high-traffic event area, ensuring maximum exposure to symposium participants throughout the event. We encourage you to register early as space is limited, and we expect exhibitor spots to fill quickly!

Please submit your application by April 30, 2025 to register as an exhibitor.

Exhibit Options & Fees

  • Priority selection of exhibit space
  • Customizable “Digital Exhibitor Booth” featured in our event app (Whova)
  • Complimentary registration for two exhibit staffers, with access to all Symposium activities (plenaries, workshops, networking sessions, meals, etc.)
  • Additional exhibit staffers (up to two) may register to participate in all event activities for 50% the registration cost.  
  • Complimentary registration for one exhibit staffer, with access to all Symposium activities (plenaries, workshops, networking sessions, meals, etc.)
  • Additional exhibit staffers (up to two) may register to participate in all event activities for 50% the registration cost.  

Exhibitor applications will be reviewed upon receipt. Confirmation of acceptance will be provided within three business days; an invoice will be issued upon acceptance. Payment may be made by check or credit card. Credit card payments or confirmation of intent to pay by check must be received within 10 business days of the invoice date; check payments must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.

Exhibitor space assignments will be made based on priority selection for premium exhibitors, followed by general exhibitors. Booth locations will be assigned in the order of receipt of registration and payment.

  • Setup: Tuesday, June 17 between 2:00 – 8:00 p.m.
  • Breakdown: Friday, June 20 by 1:30 p.m.
