John Tuell, Executive Director of the RFK National Resource Center, was interviewed by a fellow member of the Models for Change Resource Center Partnership (RCP), the Status Offense Reform Center (SORC), for their new blog series: Status Offense Reform from a Different Lens. John Tuell’s interview and guest blog post, Dual Status Youth: The Importance of Early Intervention and Successful Coordination, is part of SORC’s new series, which explores the intersection and overlap between critical issues impacting juvenile justice reform, such as dual status youth, mental health issues, and indigent defense.
