We are excited to announce a new partnership agreement with the Judicial Council of California to support implementation of the provisions of the recently enacted California Assembly Bill No. 1911. These provisions include working with a designated committee of California youth serving stakeholders to develop and report to the Legislature its recommendations to enhance comprehensive data and outcome tracking for the state’s youth involved in both the child welfare system and the juvenile justice system. The bill requires the recommendations to include specified information, including standardized definitions related to these youth. The initial meeting of the newly formed Committee is now scheduled for December 14, 2016 in Sacramento, California.
